- Company achieves quality by instilling the principle of “Build to Last” in levels of staff.
- Ensures continuous improvement takes place in quality processes.
- Regular training & lectures should be given to people at work site regarding quality procedures and standards to be followed.
- Materials should be used according to required design mix and no comprise in that.
- In case of any of quality defaults in construction occurred, the work should be demolished/rectified and again reconstructed if necessary. The said staff should trained/lectured.
- Standardized procedures and construction techniques should be followed.
